Sailor Naginata Togi Speciality Nib In honor of Sailor’s founding year, the 1911 Series continues a traditional yet elegant style of the fountain pen. The entire family of the 1911 Series combines high quality resins with solid gold nibs.

The sword if this warrior is it nib... From master nib designer, Nobuyoshi Nagahara, Sailor introduces a special variation of the Naginata Pen fitted with a special Nagahara Togi nib. This unique hand formed tip provides an exceptionally smooth writing experience.

The 'Naginata togi' is a specially tipped nib which resembles the Japanese Samurai long sword. 'Naginata Togi' means 'Long curved Sword'. The unique tip and special polishing allows the smoothest of writing stroke with distinct writing personality. It has amazing ink flow properties. It can also be reversed which allows finer writing strokes.
